Come stand with us on the shoulders of giants in feminism: Fannie Lou Hamer, Gloria Steinem, Shirley Chisholm, Bella Abzug and others. 

Together, we can shepherd Virginia into a future that is more equitable for women.

In 2020 the Virginia chapter was founded with the following goals:

  • Increase women's participation in the political process
  • Increase the number of women in elected and appointed positions
  • Support candidates who support women
  • Draft legislation that centers on equality and the needs of women
